Ringing in 2012 is Onetothree's second EP, I'm Not Angry. Self-recorded over a sweltering summer break in the bassist's attic-turned-recording-den, I'm Not Angry features five tracks that serve up a sound that ranges from energized and chaotic to expansive and somber. Again, Onetothree's love for big crescendos, sweet melodies and unusual rhythms shines through, but with a more powerful sound that seems angry but isn't. This EP is the result of four 90s kids growing up surrounded in grunge: not garage rock, but attic indie.
